Objective To analyze and evaluate the experience of patients with chronic heart failure(CHF). Methods We searched databases including PubMed,Web of science,Ovid,Embase,CINAHL,PsycINFO,Cochrane Library,CNKI,SinoMed,WangFang and Vip,from their inception to June 19th 2021,to collect qualitative studies on CHF patients’ experience of physical activities. The quality of included studies was evaluated according to JBI Critical Appraisal Tool for qualitative studies in Australia. The results were integrated by integrating methods. Results A total of 11 studies were included. 36 complete findings were grouped according to similarities to form 10 new categories. These categories resulted in 3 synthesized findings. First, the physical activity of patients with CHF were influenced by hindering and facilitating factors. Second, the physical activity brought positive and negative experience to patients with CHF. Third, strategies to improve the compliance of the physical activity in chronic heart failure patients. Conclusion The physical activity was an effective supplementary treatment for patients with CHF. Nurses should mobilize multi-channel support to overcome physical activity obstacles;pay attention to patient experience in order to provide personalized rehabilitation;provide professional physical activity habit formation interventions and improve the compliance of long-term rehabilitation.
